Cooking Guide

Preheat: Preheat your oven to 160°C.

Prepare:

  • Score the fat in a diamond pattern.
  • Glaze with your favourite flavour mix (honey, mustard, marmalade etc.).

Roast:

  • Place in a roasting pan.
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes per 500g.
  • Baste occasionally with the glaze.

Check Temperature: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 70°C.

Rest: Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
