Cooking Guide

Pan-Seared:

  • Heat a pan over high heat.
  • Season medallions with salt and pepper.
  • Sear each side for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  • Reduce heat to medium, cook to desired doneness (internal temperature: rare 52°C, medium 60°C, well-done 70°C).

Grill: Preheat grill to high. Grill medallions for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until desired doneness.

Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C. Sear medallions in a hot pan, then transfer to oven and cook for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
