Cooking Guide

Skillet or Grill:

  1. Preheat: Heat a skillet or barbecue grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cook: Add a small amount of oil. Cook rissoles for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and they are browned on the outside.
  3. Serve: Serve hot with your favourite sides like mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
  2. Cook: Place rissoles in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and they are browned on the outside.
  3. Serve: Serve hot with your favourite sides.
