Cooking Guide

Preparation: Preheat your oven or BBQ to 200°C.

Seasoning: If plain, season generously with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs.

Cooking Method:

  • Oven: Place the chicken on a baking tray, skin side up. Roast for 35-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  • BBQ: Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.

Resting: Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
