Cooking Guide

We recommend cooking on a grill to medium done, to allow the marbling to render.

Preparation: Take the steaks out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

Seasoning: Season generously with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs.

Grilling:

  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  • Place steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium.

Resting: Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Internal Temperatures:

  • Rare: 52°C
  • Medium-Rare: 57°C
  • Medium: 63°C
  • Well-Done: 71°C.
