Cooking Guide

Preheat: Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Season: Generously season the roasts with salt, pepper, and your preferred herbs.

Prepare: Place the roasts in a roasting pan.

Roast: Cook for approximately 40-50 minutes until the meat reaches your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature:

  • Medium-rare: 55-60°C
  • Medium: 60-65°C
  • Well done: 70-75°C

Rest: Let the roasts rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

Serve: Slice and enjoy with your favourite sides.
