Cooking Guide

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Season: Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs or spices.

Sear (Optional): Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the thighs skin-side down for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Roast: Place in a roasting pan, skin-side up, and roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Rest: Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
