Cooking Guide

We recommend cooking on a grill to medium done, to allow the marbling to render.

Grilling:

  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • Season the Wagyu sirloin steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Grill for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to reach your preferred doneness.
  • Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Pan-Searing:

  • Heat a heavy pan over high heat.
  • Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until a golden-brown crust forms.
  • Reduce heat to medium and cook to the desired level of doneness.
  • Allow the steaks to rest before slicing.
