Cooking Guide

Preheat: Preheat your pan or grill to high heat.

Season: Lightly season the medallions with salt and pepper.

Cook:

Pan: Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Grill: Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature:

  • Medium-rare: 55-60°C
  • Medium: 60-65°C

Rest: Let the medallions rest for 5 minutes before serving.
