Cooking Guide

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 220°C.

Prepare Rind: Score the rind and rub generously with salt.

Season: Rub the meat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast Initial: Place in a roasting pan and roast at 220°C for 30 minutes.

Lower Temperature: Reduce oven temperature to 180°C and continue roasting for 1.5-2 hours.

Check Internal Temperature: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 70°C.
