Cooking Guide

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Prepare Cutlets: Place the cutlets in a baking dish.

Remove Butter: Set aside the black butter during cooking.

Bake: Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C.

Rest: Let rest for 5 minutes, then place the black butter dollop back onto the cutlet before serving. Enjoy!
