Cooking Guide

Preheat: Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Prepare: Season the pork rack roast with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs (garlic, rosemary, and thyme work great for roast pork).

Sear:

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil.
  • Sear the pork rack roast on all sides until browned.

Roast:

  • Place the pork rack roast in a roasting pan.
  • Roast for approximately 1.5-2 hours.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature: Fully cooked: 70-75°C

Rest: Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

Serve: Slice between the bones and enjoy with your favourite sides.
