Cooking Guide

Slow Cook: Season with salt, pepper, and your favourite rub. Cook at 150°C for 6-8 hours until tender.

Oven Roast: Preheat oven to 160°C. Place brisket in a roasting pan, cover with foil, and cook for 4-5 hours.

Grill/Smoker: Cook low and slow at 110°C for 8-10 hours until the internal temperature reaches 93°C.
