Cooking Guide

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced).
  • Place the turkey buffe on a rack in a roasting pan. Add a cup of water or stock to the pan.

Cooking:

  • Cover loosely with foil and roast for 1 hour per kg, basting occasionally.
  • Remove foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the skin.

Final Steps:

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F)
  • Rest for 15 minutes before carving to retain juices.
