Cooking Guide

Slow roast this brisket for an extraordinary meal. The slower you cook it at low temperature, the better it will eat.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 150°C.

Season: Rub with your favorite BBQ rub or a mixture of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Sear: Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the brisket on all sides until browned.

Slow Cook: Place in a roasting pan or slow cooker.

Roast: Cook in the oven for 4-5 hours for 1.5kg or 6-7 hours for 2.5kg, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls apart.

Rest: Let rest for 20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
