Cooking Guide

Preheat: Preheat your grill or pan to medium heat.

Cook:

Grill: Grill the sausages for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned.

Pan: Sear for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.

Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature: Cook until sausages reach an internal temperature of 70°C.

Rest: Let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve: Enjoy with your favourite sides or in a gluten-free bun.
